THROUGH WHICH IT FLOWS

This work was created by Sabrina Canas and Taylor Woodie in early 2020. The work itself explores the connection between the dancing body and cyclical shifts, fractal growth, erosion, and chaos. Their movement looks to emulate the various stages of this cyclical process and study the oscillations need to attend to the changes made in space. Their partnership is grounded in the various elements of nature and surrounded in research, questioning, and communication between one another and the world. Their work, as two female movement artists, explores the interweaving connectivity of relationships and the power of active curation.
